• Coffee Crusted Pork Tenderloin

    Pork Tenderloin
    Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp. Fine Ground Coffee or Espresso
    1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tsp. Paprika (Sweet or Hot)
    1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
    1/2 tsp. Ground Coriander
    1/2 tsp. Fresh Thyme chopped Fine
    Salt & Pepper

    • Preheat oven to 450°F
    • Rub Tenderloin in Olive Oil
    • Combine all other ingredients and heavily coat Tenderloin, let rest for 30 minutes before cooking
    • Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until reaching an internal temperature of 140°F-145°F
    • Let rest for 10 minutes before carving
